Following the New Baggage policy effective 15 June 2016, note that the entitlement applicable to Kestrelflyer Gold and Silver members is as follows :
For tickets issued after 15 June 2016, one additional piece of 23 kg will be allowed (except for Rodrigues one additional piece of 15 kg).
For tickets issued before 15 June 2016 where entitlement was under Weight Concept, the following applies :
- Gold card holders : additional of 12 kg
- Silver card holders : additional of 8 kg
Except For Rodrigues :
- Gold card holders : additional of 8 kg
- Silver card holders : additional of 5 kg
Note : Passengers are entitled to the above allowances upon presentation of a valid Kestrelflyer card at the airport.
