ALL KIDS OVER 12 and over 60s are required to fill in this form.

Please be advised that the is no set law for traveling at any age, however, by definition (in the UK) a traveler aged 60 and over is termed a senior traveler.
The Passenger Indemnity form you previously received is not only for “older” or “elderly” travelers, it is requested of any traveler with medical concerns to complete it regardless of age. However, as a Tour Operating Company in this industry for many years the following has been evident for “older”, unfit or travelers with a medical condition:

• The pace for “older”, unfit or travelers with a medical condition requires consideration as many of our tours are face paced.
• The departures from the accommodation locations might appear to be early and coach drives long.
• There may hotels that may not have a lift available and they might have to utilize the stairs and this may be extensive.
• All passengers are required to carry their own luggage & dependent on whether there is a lift this appears to be troublesome.
• There are 2 steps onto the coach that is widespread which could cause passengers to incur difficulty.
• There is extensive walking and many cities are older with an incline into the city which we do by foot.
• In many cities, there are cobbles stones which may affect an”older”, unfit or travelers with a medical condition pace.
• Furthermore, in some places make use of public transport.

Please be advised that the term “unfit” does not refer to senior travelers only but to all persons by definition thereof.

Passenger indemnity form will be at your own discretion.

All clients who are above 60 years old and above to complete the below passenger indemnity form and must be emailed to us.
