• Tips is not mandatory and you are encouraged to tip directly to your preferred staffs like butlers, room attendants, waiters , for exceptional individual service

Visas:

• Entry to Mexico & Guatemala  is possible with a USA Visa
• No visas are needed for MU nationals for Costa Rica and Jamaica
• No visa is needed for cruise passengers arriving on NCL cruise ships to Cartagena, Colombia

Payment terms:

• RS 50,000 deposit at time of booking-name changes are permitted up to 3 months prior to departure(Fully refundable if the USA visa is not approved)
