Arrive in Istanbul at 0455am and on to Athens on TK1843 dep: 0740 am arr: 0905 am. Upon arrival, you will be met by our English-Speaking assistant and transfered to the hotel for check in. Overnight in Athens.

The Acropolis site visit. Duration of the tour: 09:00-14:00
This tour gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Our expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop). Continue and pass by the Prime Minister’s residence (ex Royal Palace) guarded by the Euzones in their colourful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma). On the Acropolis visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the monument that “puts order in the mind”, the Parthenon.

09:00 Meet and transfer to Santorini port and embark on the volcano tour.
There is the place we will embark to traditional wooden ship and join the Volcano Tour.
First stop at Nea Kameni, a small uninhabited island of volcanic origin located in the Aegean Sea within the flooded Santorini caldera. Nea Kameni and the neighboring small island Palea Kameni (the new and old burnt islands) have formed over the past two millennia by repeated eruptions of dacite lava and ash. Major eruptions over the past 300 years took place in 1707-1712, 1866–1870, 1925–1928, and 1939-1941. The last small eruption happened in 1950 and involved lava dome extrusion. Nea Kameni is nearly round and has a diameter of approximately 2 kilometers and an area of 3.4 km2. Nea Kameni is monitored closely by scientists from the Institute for the Study and
Monitoring of the Santorini Volcano (ISMOSAV) and is a protected scientific site. The island has many active sulfur vents, as well as a carpet of red grassy succulents on the thin soil in the summertime. The nearly barren island is visited daily by dozens of tourist boats throughout the summer. Visitors climb a gravel path to reach the top of the 130-meter-high volcanic crater, where it is possible to complete a full circuit of the rim. Next stop is Palea Kameni island where you will have the opportunity to swim in the hot springs. You tour will finish at the old port of Fira at 14:00.
Take the cable car up to Fira and spend free time in Fira. Then at 16:00 take the bus for a photo stop at Profitis Ilias monastery (no visit), where at its yard, you will enjoy the most fabulous panoramic views of the island and then visit Pyrgos village. Your last stop is the traditional settlement of Oia, which is located on the northern tip of the island, high on the cliff top. Oia hosts the most magnificent views on Santorini and a picturesque road with cliffs on one side and sea on the other leads to this attractive town. Walk around and discover the typical Santorinian architecture with houses sunk deep into the volcanic soil, their whitewashed walls and blue domes sparkling under the sunlight. Enjoy the sunset in Oia and return to your hotel via bus at set time. Overnight at Kalisperis,3* hotel or similar in Santorini

10:10 – 12:30 Departing from Santorini pier to Mykonos Island. Speed ferry: Power Jet.
Arrival in Mykonos, meeting with your English-Speaking assistant and transfer to your hotel. Free time to explore the town, with the world-famous windmills, little Venice, Paraportiani church, the small fisherman port with the church of Saint Nikolas and Yialos area with all its cafés and restaurants, all leading to the main square “Manto”.
